# Further Connectors

These connectors run at Workist and connect to your ERP system's interface. Nothing is installed in your ERP. You set them up in the Workbench under **Settings** → **Business Systems (ERP)** → **Integrations**. Master data sync, transfer and error handling work as described under [What all connectors have in common](/en/docs/data-exchange/connectors.md#common-behaviour).

The tables show which master data Workist reads from the ERP system and which documents Workist creates there. For a detailed field mapping, contact your Workist contact person.

## ORDAT.ERP {#ordat-erp}

Workist connects to the ORDAT.ERP (FOSS) web service.

| | |
| --- | --- |
| Reads | Customers, customer contacts, delivery addresses, invoice addresses, articles, customer-specific item numbers, unit conversion |
| Writes | Orders → sales order; requests for quotation → quotation |
| Master data sync | daily at 04:00 German time |
| Channels | Orders, requests for quotation |

- Workist creates sales orders as web shop orders or, depending on the setting, as pre-orders.
- Before creating a document, Workist searches ORDAT for an order of the same customer with the same order number from the last 30 days, for requests for quotation for a quotation with the same inquiry number. If it already exists, Workist does not create a second one and takes over its number as the reference.
- Workist writes the document's note text as the header text and line texts as item texts. Both can be turned off.
- Workist only transfers lines without an item number if a fallback part number is set. Otherwise Workist does not transfer the document.
- With lower and upper thresholds, Workist compares the price from ORDAT with the price in the document after creating the order. Deviations are shown as a note on the document; the order stays.
- On request, Workist attaches the order document and the original email to the document in ORDAT.

**Setup**: you enter the web service URL, username and password of a technical ORDAT user, and the company, business line and sub-line. In the advanced settings, you can add a proxy and your own CA certificate if the web service is only reachable through your network or uses its own certificate. The connection test checks whether Workist reaches the web service and which functions the user may use.

## NetSuite {#netsuite}

Workist connects to the Oracle NetSuite REST interface.

| | |
| --- | --- |
| Reads | Customers, customer contacts, delivery addresses, articles |
| Writes | Orders → sales order; requests for quotation → estimate; invoices → vendor bill; universal documents → nothing new: the PDF is attached to an existing sales order |
| Master data sync | daily at 11:30 and 23:30 New York time |
| Channels | Orders, requests for quotation, universal documents, invoices |

- In the "Invoice" master data mode, Workist reads vendors instead of customers. If you need both, create two NetSuite integrations.
- Workist attaches universal documents as a PDF to the sales order whose number is in the document.
- The field mapping for vendor bills is set up in the integration's Output Studio. Agree it with your Workist contact person.
- Workist stores attachments in the File Cabinet if you enter a folder ID for them.

**Setup**: you enter the account ID, REST service URL, instance URL, and the client ID, client secret, token ID and token secret of a token-based authentication. Optionally, you set a custom form and a File Cabinet folder per document type.

## QuickBooks Desktop {#quickbooks-desktop}

Workist connects to QuickBooks Desktop through the Conductor service. QuickBooks Online is not supported.

| | |
| --- | --- |
| Reads | Customers, delivery addresses, articles, unit conversion |
| Writes | Orders → sales order |
| Master data sync | daily at 19:30 UTC |
| Channels | Orders |

- Workist reads active customers and active inventory and assembly items that have a unit of measure set.
- During processing, Workist queries QuickBooks directly: Workist calculates the expected price from the customer's price level and compares it with the unit price, flags order quantities above the stock level, and blocks automation if the customer's credit limit is 0.00.
- Workist checks the connection every 15 minutes and shows the status on the integration.

**Setup**: you enter the API key and the end user ID of the Conductor connection. Optionally, you select a template for the sales order.

## OrderWise {#orderwise}

Workist connects to the OrderWise API.

| | |
| --- | --- |
| Reads | – (not in the standard) |
| Writes | Orders → sales order; requests for quotation → quote |
| Master data sync | daily at 05:00 German time |
| Channels | Orders, requests for quotation |

- In the standard, Workist reads no master data from OrderWise. The master data comes via [SFTP](/en/docs/data-exchange/sftp.md), the [API](/en/docs/data-exchange/api.md) or an export that Workist sets up for your installation.
- During processing, Workist compares each line's unit price with the customer price from OrderWise. If it is outside the configured thresholds, the document goes to manual processing. This requires the OrderWise IDs of customer and article in the master data.
- On request, Workist passes the attachments along with the order.

**Setup**: you enter the OrderWise base URL, username, password and session ID. Agree the proxy through which Workist reaches your OrderWise installation with your Workist contact person.

## Weclapp {#weclapp}

Workist connects to the API of your Weclapp tenant.

| | |
| --- | --- |
| Reads | Articles, customers, customer-specific item numbers |
| Writes | Orders → sales order (from a matching quotation, else new) |
| Master data sync | daily at 10:00 UTC |
| Channels | Orders |

- If an order's offer reference matches a quotation of the same customer in Weclapp, Workist accepts the quotation and adds the remaining lines to the resulting order. Otherwise Workist creates a new sales order.
- Workist can take over orders from Weclapp tickets: once a day at 00:00 UTC, Workist takes over tickets with the configured category and one of the configured statuses as documents and sets them to the configured status for tickets in progress. After creating the order, Workist sets the ticket's status and category to the values for finished tickets.
- Workist does not transfer an order without a customer number.

**Setup**: you enter your Weclapp tenant and an API key and select the order channels. To take over tickets, you enter the IDs of the ticket category and ticket statuses.

## Sage 200 Professional {#sage-200-professional}

For Sage 200 Professional (United Kingdom), Workist reads customers, articles and delivery addresses and creates orders as sales orders; agree the setup with your Workist contact person.
