Data Exchange via Workist API

Workist provides a REST API for data exchange. The API can be used to transfer master data as well as to retrieve processed documents.

Retrieving Lookup IDs for the API

The lookup IDs for the master data API can be configured per channel in Workist.

Lookup IDs can only be created by Workist.

Steps:

1. Open the Workist interface: https://wb.workist.com/
2. Select a channel, open the three-dot menu in the top right, and click "Manage channel"
3. Select "Master data" from the list
4. Copy the corresponding ID
