AI Agents

Besides document processing, Workist offers three AI agents. They work with the same channels, master data and ERP connections as the rest of the Workbench and never see more data than their setup allows.

Inbox agentsNo separate activation in the Workbench: Managers and Admins can create inbox agents. Your Workist contact can tell you whether inbox agents are part of your plan.

How the agents work together

  • Documents land in your channels. Orders, RFQs and other documents an agent creates go through the same processing as a document received by email: extraction, checks and, if needed, assistance by your team.
  • Worki uses inbox agents. If you pick an inbox agent's project in Worki, Worki also uses that agent's ERP connection and knowledge. Automations in Worki are also run by an inbox agent.
  • Shared connections. A Microsoft SharePoint connection provides knowledge for Worki projects and inbox agents. Voice agents use the Microsoft Teams connection for forwarding, Teams messages and call summaries.

AI notice and data protection

The agents generate answers with AI. Answers can contain mistakes; check important information before you pass it on. Actions that change something in Worki only run after you confirm them.

Where Workist processes your data is described under General information. Voice agents involve additional providers, see Voice agents.
