Duplicate Check in Workist

If a customer sends the same order to two recipients, Workist can detect these duplicates. In such a case, the document will not be processed automatically. The check is performed taking the customer number into account (the same order number may occur for different customers). This feature is only a warning — users can ignore it.
Activating the Duplicate Check
- The setting must be configured per channel
- Open the channel settings via the menu in the top right
- Click on the settings for "Documents"
- Under "Validation", enable the option for "Unique Order Number"
