Duplicate Check in Workist

If a customer sends the same order to two recipients, Workist can detect these duplicates. In such a case, the document will not be processed automatically. The check is performed taking the customer number into account (the same order number may occur for different customers). This feature is only a warning — users can ignore it.

Activating the Duplicate Check

  1. The setting must be configured per channel
  2. Open the channel settings via the menu in the top right
  3. Click on the settings for "Documents"
  4. Under "Validation", enable the option for "Unique Order Number"
