Master Data​

Checking Master Data in the WB​

  1. Open the settings in the Workbench
  2. Open the master data view

Interface Overview​

  1. Search active master data in Workist
  2. Filter to show only the latest data (active data)
  3. File transmitted to Workist – raw data

Document Processing​

Reprocessing Documents with Updated Master Data​

Documents in Workist are always frozen with the state of the active master data at the time of upload. If you want to use the latest master data, a document can be reprocessed.

Procedure: In the overview via the 3-dot menu → "Reprocess"

General / Settings​

Disabling Email Notifications​

  1. Log in to the Workist Workbench and select your name in the bottom left
  2. Select the menu item "Your Profile"
  3. Change the setting under "Notifications" to No → "Save Changes"

Position-Related Questions​

Inserting Positions​

  1. Select the ➕ symbol to add a new position
  2. Draw the frame over the new position in the document
  3. The position is automatically inserted in the correct place

More Details on Article Positions​

  1. Click on the article description
  2. Scroll to the end of the popup list → "Show more results"
  3. In the new window all article data is visible; use the search in the top right to identify the correct article
